  • I forget my password, how to reset it?

    1. On the Login page, click Forgot Your Password?.
    2. When prompted, enter the Email Address that is associated with your account and click Reset My Password
    3. When the email arrives, click the reset password link and enter your New Password when prompted.
    4. Enter it again to confirm and click Reset Password.
    5. When you receive confirmation that the password is updated, you can use the new password to sign in to your account.
    Your new password must be six or more characters in length without spaces.

    2 or 3 beeps indicate it has reached the highest/lowest volume level. Volume level is controlled using the rocker switch. • Press the top of the rocker switch to go up in volume. • Press the bottom of the rocker switch to go down in volume Once device is turned ON, sound amplification will begin within a few seconds. Raise volume SLOWLY to avoid ear shock. As you adjust the volume, the device will beep. Three (3) beeps indicate it has reached the highest/lowest volume level.
