- I forget my password, how to reset it?

Yes. it is very impossible because it depends on the charging status. Green: Full charged Blue: Charging in progress.

There are several possible reasons: 1. Amplification volume is too low so that you cannot hear it 2. Beep is a relatively very high frequency sound, some people with high-pitch hearing loss may have trouble to hear it.

Our hearing aids have memory and they will "remember" the status when they were turned off. They will keep the volume and program setting when they are powered back on.

Please press and hold the button above the volume key for about 2 seconds. You will see a green LED light ON. Then you can put it in your ear. To power OFF, please press and hold the same power key for 2 seconds and you will see a blue light indicator.

Start with the largest one. There are different sizes of hybrid and closed-tip domes included on the package. 2 or 3 beeps indicate it has reached the highest/lowest volume level. Volume level is controlled using the rocker switch. • Press the top of the rocker switch to go up in volume. • Press the bottom of the rocker switch to go down in volume Once device is turned ON, sound amplification will begin within a few seconds. Raise volume SLOWLY to avoid ear shock. As you adjust the volume, the device will beep. Three (3) beeps indicate it has reached the highest/lowest volume level.
